Secure Packaging
Place the appliance in its original box with all protective styrofoam, manuals, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the exterior of the package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
